We sell digital products including, but not limited to, the Boss Up Blueprint, the AI Prompt Vault, and other digital downloads and courses. Upon purchase, you will receive access to your digital product as described on the sales page.
Important: All sales of digital products are final. Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or accessed, unless required by law.
3. Refund Policy
All digital product sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, products, and materials sold or shared by The Boss Up Coach — including but not limited to PDFs, prompt libraries, templates, course materials, and written content — are the intellectual property of Michelle / The Boss Up Coach and are protected by copyright law.
You may use our products for your own personal business use. You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share our digital products with others
Claim our content as your own
Use our materials to create competing products without written permission
